采購量=某日(ri)銷售預測值一前(qian)日(ri)商(shang)品庫存(cun)值
鮮活食(shi)品(pin)一般采用簽訂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)永續訂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)單的(de)形式,簽訂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)一張(zhang)合同,可以分多次(ci)交貨(huo)。對于(yu)由總(zong)(zong)(zong)(zong)(zong)部(bu)(bu)(bu)(或配送中心)集中進(jin)貨(huo)的(de),總(zong)(zong)(zong)(zong)(zong)部(bu)(bu)(bu)有了永續訂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)單后(hou),門店(dian)可以根據這張(zhang)訂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)單來填補補貨(huo)申請單,并(bing)實時傳到總(zong)(zong)(zong)(zong)(zong)部(bu)(bu)(bu),總(zong)(zong)(zong)(zong)(zong)部(bu)(bu)(bu)經過審核(he)后(hou),將各個門店(dian)所(suo)需的(de)鮮活食(shi)品(pin)的(de)品(pin)種、數量匯(hui)總(zong)(zong)(zong)(zong)(zong),然后(hou)發(fa)送給各個供應商(shang)。對于(yu)由門店(dian)自行訂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)貨(huo)的(de),程序也大致相(xiang)同,則由門店(dian)直接(jie)向供應商(shang)訂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)貨(huo),只是中間少了一道總(zong)(zong)(zong)(zong)(zong)部(bu)(bu)(bu)匯(hui)總(zong)(zong)(zong)(zong)(zong)審核(he)這一環節。
