鮮活食品(pin)一般(ban)采用(yong)簽(qian)訂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)永續(xu)訂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)單的(de)(de)形式,簽(qian)訂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)一張合同(tong),可(ke)以分多(duo)次(ci)交貨。對于由總(zong)(zong)部(bu)(或配送中心)集中進貨的(de)(de),總(zong)(zong)部(bu)有了(le)永續(xu)訂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)單后(hou),門店可(ke)以根據這(zhe)張訂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)單來(lai)填補補貨申請單,并(bing)實時(shi)傳(chuan)到總(zong)(zong)部(bu),總(zong)(zong)部(bu)經過(guo)審核后(hou),將各個(ge)門店所需的(de)(de)鮮活食品(pin)的(de)(de)品(pin)種、數(shu)量匯總(zong)(zong),然后(hou)發(fa)送給各個(ge)供(gong)應商。對于由門店自行(xing)訂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)貨的(de)(de),程(cheng)序(xu)也大致(zhi)相同(tong),則由門店直接向供(gong)應商訂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)貨,只(zhi)是中間少了(le)一道(dao)總(zong)(zong)部(bu)匯總(zong)(zong)審核這(zhe)一環節。
